Every session is designed to be a pleasant and
fulfilling experience for everyone. Over 75 enthusiastic aquafitness
leaders participated in the CALA "Aqua Trends 2003"
workshop hosted by the City of Ottawa, in January 2003. Many thanks to
Jennie Queen and her team at the Nepean Sportsplex who made this
event such a big success.
