(dependent on certification),
membership
(individual and corporate rates prices subject to
change without notice),
workshops (workshop and clinic prices are dependent on
length of workshop or clinic (workshops and clinics vary
from 1 hour to 5 hours).
Cancel/Reschedule

No refund or credit for withdrawal from
CALA Events.

Registration fees may be
used toward future CALA events at the discretion of CALA
Management,
less a $35+tax administration fee (subject to change without
notice).

CALA manuals are final sale
and cannot be returned for a refund/credit.

NSF and accepted modes of payment
